Choose a session and get your child moving outdoors.

How registration works

1. Submit the registration form, including authorized pickup information. 2. Complete the participation waiver. 3. Complete payment, or have your charter school issue the required certificate. Your child’s place is confirmed when all requirements for that session are complete.

Guided Health Walk
(30 min)

Nutrition basics, hydration, anatomy, and energy — all taught while moving.

Each 3-Hour Session Includes

Warm-Up & Stretching (45 min)

Guided warm-up, stretching, and mobility work before harder activity.

Fitness Games & Skill Stations

Relay races • sandbag challenges • balance activities • tug of war • pull-ups & strength basics. Everything is beginner-friendly and designed for a wide range of abilities.

What to Bring to Each Session

  • Water bottle

  • Closed-toe athletic shoes

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Optional: Hat, towel, small snack
